in just One dAy!!!

as salaamu aleykum warahmatullaah,

You know, subhaan Allaah we can accomplish so much in a day I never knew that because I don't usually dedicate my day to accomplish something rather I do what I need to do and if I am done doing whatever I needed to do, I waste the day...youtubin, msn, or just layin around and so many other habits that are non beneficial...let's face it people none of us are perfect but we can try our best to be among the best of people who get only what they need out of this world and prepare themselves for the next, I mean seriously when you look back and think about how much time you spend doing things that are not necessary for us to do, how much time are we losing? and.....imagine how much reward you will get when you spend that time in things that please our Lord, it could be anything...spend it in remembrance of Allaah, clean up, cook for family, read the Quraan, see the beauty of nature (His creation) or just look at yourself in the mirror and see that Allaah is the one who created you and sustains you in every breath that you take, everything that you see, everything that you hear, everything that you smell, and taste Allaah is the source of your EXISTANCE; why do we forget that, why do we use his blessings to/and forget him?...there are so much things to do that pleases our Lord and you get so much reward for doing them; basically getting what you need from this world and preparing for the next inshaa Allaah! I start with myself first and foremost because Today is the day i realized how much we can accomplish in a day; a whole lot even if it s just 30 mins making thikr! let's not go in details of what I accomplished...you should just try and SEE what YOU can accomplish!....yeah I know I might just be bit too behind but yeah I guess a reminder once in awhile can only do good! May Allaah grant us tawfeeq in this life and next for His tawfeeq is the BEST!

wa'salaamu aleykum!

preach on sista'

but on a serious note, you're completely right. infact i was just talking to my sister about this the other day. i read an information booklet titled "the devil in the computer" -GOOD READ!

it details the methods major social networks such as myspace and facebook use to cature and slowly kill the youth mentally, psychologicall, emotionally -you name it. it was a little disturbing simply because of the truth behind it; you can see the effects all around us with so may zombies glued to those programs.

anyhow yeah, the days do pass by too quickly and before you know it, you're half a century old and don't know remember what you did with your life.

it really does seem like it was just yesterday that i was dying to get out of high school and when i think back on it, that was almost three years ago! three whole years....and i dont know where the time went. subhanaAllah mayn.

anyhow, nice post and great reminder, oh mysterious one!

ahahha
